Our apartment building offers four kinds of dwellings: The Studio (1 to 2 people)Several apartments (1 to 4 people)The Duplex with terrace (1 to 6 people)The Little Maison Saint Germain (1 to 4 people) "The Studio Deluxe" (27 sqm) is a large one bedroom suite and can allow up to 2 persons. It offers a living room (with a comfortable sofa) including a small kitchen, a cosy bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. "The Apartment" is a lovely one bedroom apartment (47 sqm). It offers a large and bright living room (double convertible sofa), a cosy bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The Little House is a charming private house located in the back of La Maison Saint Germain.It provides a living room (20 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground and two bedrooms (12 sqm each) with queen size beds at the 1st and 2nd floor of the house.There is a view on the Maison Saint Germain Patio. "The Duplex" is a gorgeous two bedrooms apartment (90 sqm) located on the top floor of our building.Both rooms have a queen size bed. Included facilities:  bathroom with bathtub, a living room( + double sofa bed) with an open fully equipped kitchen and two terraces with a great view on Paris and the Eiffel tower.
